  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, ranch seasoning, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 14 minutes, checking to ensure they are cooked through and not pink inside.
  6. While meatballs are baking, mix ranch dressing and sriracha together in a bowl for dipping.
  7. Serve meatballs hot with broccoli couscous and dipping sauce.

Notes
