    • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
    • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss the broccoli and corn with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
  • Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 12–15 minutes, until the broccoli is slightly crispy.
  • Meanwhile, mix all the dip ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.

 

  • Serve the roasted veggies warm with the spicy dip on the side.

 

 

Notes

  • You can steam or air-fry the broccoli and corn instead of roasting.
