- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
For the Spicy Dip:

- ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the broccoli and corn with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 12–15 minutes, until the broccoli is slightly crispy.
- Meanwhile, mix all the dip ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
- Serve the roasted veggies warm with the spicy dip on the side.
Notes
- You can steam or air-fry the broccoli and corn instead of roasting.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less hot sauce to the dip.
