  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

 

  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes, or until slightly charred and tender.
  • In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until smooth.

 

  • Serve the roasted broccoli warm with the spicy dip on the side.

Notes

  • For an extra crunch, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the broccoli before serving.
  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less hot sauce.
