- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes, or until slightly charred and tender.
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until smooth.
- Serve the roasted broccoli warm with the spicy dip on the side.
Notes
- For an extra crunch, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the broccoli before serving.
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less hot sauce.
- This dip also works great with other roasted veggies!
