Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup mango chunks
- 1 banana
- 1 cup coconut water (or almond milk for creaminess)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for extra protein)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added fiber)
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional for sweetness)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding honey or agave syrup.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
Notes
- You can use fresh fruits instead of frozen, but add extra ice to achieve a chilled texture.
- Swap Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt to keep it vegan.
- Adding protein powder can make this a great post-workout smoothie.
